Each item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at doomsvault@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the issue for approval. We’ll arrange a free reprint or refund—you don’t need to ship the item back.

For packages lost in transit, reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

EU customers: Because our products are made to order, the standard 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to your purchase except where required by local law. We’ll still honor the 14-day defect/misprint remedy above.
