Returns & Refunds

• Each item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at doomsvault@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the issue for approval. We’ll arrange a free reprint or refund—you don’t need to ship the item back.

• For packages lost in transit, reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

• EU customers: Because our products are made to order, the standard 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to your purchase except where required by local law. We’ll still honor the 14-day defect/misprint remedy above.

• Refunds (if approved) are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
